PEQ重大调整 下月起不再接受毕业前半年提交申请

近日，魁北克移民局官网更新了一则消息，本则消息针对PEQ的递交期限做出了重大调整。以往为人津津乐道的允许留学类申请人毕业前半年递交PEQ申请的时代已不复存在，从2018年10月1日起，魁北克移民局不再接受毕业前提前申请PEQ，而是需要学生在完成学业后取得毕业证或毕业信以及最终成绩单才可以递交，这也是PEQ自2013年法语要求从B1上升到B2,2016年取消免面试后的第三次重大调整。魁瓜之家


此则消息发布后有网友担忧这样的调整会造成申请周期的延误，事实上在以往的政策中，移民局也是需要在申请人毕业后递交毕业信和最终成绩单才会下发CSQ，审理之间为1-2个月左右，所以从时间周期上来看和旧政没有太大区别，只是不再接受提前申请这个举措让人感到遗憾。此外，有很多网友对大选后政策的变化表示担忧，目前我们无法预测到政党轮替会对未来的政策有何影响，但是整个加拿大的移民政策都在收紧这是不争的事实，魁瓜之家将持续关注政策走向，同时也建议符合要求的申请人在10月1日新政实施前尽快提交申请。

Avis : À partir du 1er octobre 2018, il ne sera plus possible pour les futurs diplômés de présenter, 6 mois avant l’obtention de leur diplôme, une demande de sélection permanente dans le Programme de l’expérience québécoise. Les candidats devront avoir obtenu leur diplôme et fournir ce dernier ou une attestation de réussite ainsi que leur relevé de notes final pour présenter une demande.

@猴子Yannick：The historical minimum - 413 - is just an outlier. The minimum CRS score has been falling gradually over the years and it somehow stays flat now. IMO that’s not a contraction of policy. Even if I was proven wrong, I would apologize, but I hate that my words are being distorted.

BTW thanks Yannick, I’ve received the driver’s licence related materials. I’ll check this out later today.

@jckylun：不客气，恭喜你！对于大部分中国人来说，EE没有优势，我们经常给一些想走EE的客户打分，所以心里有个大概的数据，你来自新加坡，英语是母语，EE一定是第一选择。

@非蠢即坏：Wow I was shocked by what’s going on here. Seriously? If I were you I wouldn’t have slandered someone who’d just asked a question stating a pure fact. As the same goes, I cannot stand being slanders by a random anonymous guy online. You have infuriated me that I have to respond using my first language.

As a matter of fact, what I’ve been observing is that the number of applicants receiving an ITA has grown up to 3900 in the latest draw. The minimum CRS however remained at 440. But I wouldn’t anticipate that as the immigration rule being tightened. Haven’t you forgotten that the federal minister of immigration said they are going to welcome 1 million new immigrants over the next 3 years, out of which more than 60% should fall into the category of economic immigration? If you tell me that’s a bad news, I’m speechless.

As for you, Mr./Miss nobody, I’m just a patron to this wonderful website like anyone else here. I am born in Singapore, was raised in the UK, finished my bachelor’s degree in Hong Kong, and now doing my master’s degree in Québec. Like you, I’m nobody. Just down to one sentence of comment on here, you thought I can make decisions for people to move out of the province so that I can easily fetch the quota when applying to immigrate? LMFAO. Do you think obtaining permanent residency via PEQ is that easy? I’ve seen too many people planning to move to somewhere else from Quebec as soon as they landed. It’s just a natural tendency, and that many Chinese people does so too. Is that even due to my words?

To wrap up, I would have gauged information with critical thinking before going out and pointing fingers to a random guy online.

@jckylun：Si tu pose une question sans fondement et démagogue, au moins préparés pour la réponse méchante. C'est un site très populaire et c'est possible que ton comment va fourvoyer les autre. J'ai juste fait ce que tu as fait!!! Si il te ，dérange, la prochaine fois n'oublie pas tourner sept fois ta langue dans ta bouche avant t'exprimer. @Tommy：我是新加坡公民，英國公民，香港永久居民。我的中文在香港學的，所以我比較習慣講廣東話。說真的，新加坡和英國對於我來說都是我的國家，但是新加坡對於我來說更像是故鄉，我也很久沒回去了。我來加拿大是想在這邊生活，而且加拿大、香港對於我來說，從法律制度到生活習慣都還是很像英國，讓我覺得像在家一樣。我來魁北克首先是因為我喜歡法語，比較古老的法語。另外就是在這邊申請定居比較容易，相信很多人也會同意。而且沒錯，這裡的人都很友善，天氣也比英國的好。我在英國也住鄉下，在Exeter，所以我不習慣住在大城市裡面，將來也不打算搬去多倫多之類的，我比較喜歡悠閒的生活。我搬來加拿大之前法語已經有B1了，在歐洲我們還是習慣用CEFR去量化語言能力。

@Interesting：I WAS born in Singapore. I was raised in the UK. I did my bachelor’s degree in Hong Kong. Does that make sense? It was just a format expressing a sequence of events. Even though grammar is crucial, you don’t need a perfect one to convey ideas, grammar-Nazi.

@Fly：大部分的人用簡體字，但是我在香港學的中文，所以習慣用繁體。學校主要是英文，但是每個族裔都要學自己族裔的語言。華裔小朋友學中文，馬來裔學馬來語，等等。

@非蠢即坏：哈哈哈！看到有朋友指出我有拼写错误了，大家能看出来就证明大家的法语水平不错，为你们高兴！是这样的我现在现在用的一个女朋友的国产华为手机自带的法语键盘在打字，没有自动纠错和系统提示词，每个单词每个字母纯手打仓促之间犯了不少错。而且平时主要是跟魁瓜说法语也不太在意阴阳性。看看就好多多包涵！

@非蠢即坏：他是一位来自新加坡的朋友，我们讨论的出发点和角度可能不同，EE中雅思的分数可以直接导致质的变化，但这也是大部分中国申请人的软肋，英语好或是来自母语为英语国家的申请人没有办法体会到被雅思支配的恐惧，不过我们可以求同存异。感谢你们对本站的关注！

@Interesting：你看不到我第一個留言是用中文嗎？還是你看不懂繁體中文？我的家在新加坡和英國，祖先來自香港。不過他們從香港移居到新加坡的那個時代，現在的中國還沒出現哦。我是華人的後代，但是從來沒有住過中國大陸，我也沒有中國籍，但你怎麼知道我不講中文？新加坡、馬來西亞的華人都是中國人嗎？加拿大白人都是歐洲人嗎？Quebecois都是法國人嗎？他們都有自己祖先的國籍嗎？我講我自己最熟悉的語言就是不”proud of my roots“了嗎？I know I'm Chinese too but just that I not from China.
